GM Apartment is a small cozy apartment that we designed in 2023 and completed in 2024. It is located in Reduta, Sofia.

The apartment itself is located in an old building, so the project is itself a refurbishment. One of the greatest challenges we faced in the initial design phase was to fit all of the needed functions in such a small space without having to make any compromises in terms of both functionality and overall design. 

It was an amazing one-take design project thanks to the fabulous communication we had with owners, who turned out to be one of the coolest and easy to work with clients that we've had.

The next challenge was the realization of th project, as we also did a full project management of the construction phase. Alongside with the general contractor EQ Contract and the other amazing companies we selected to execute the furniture, the glass doors, the lighting and bathroom fixtures we managed to achieve the following benefits for the clients:
