This two-bedroom apartment was designed for a young man living alone and working from home, wishing to have enough space for both work and leisure. Luckily it was spacious enough for us to easily fit all the necessary functional areas so we had the chance to focus on the aesthetic side of the project. The main challenges we faced were the irregular shape of the living room and the small bathroom.
We proposed a design that plays around the irregularities and uses the space in the most rational way by using modular furniture and adding custom made elements to connect it.
Working closely with our client, we designed a contemporary space with a touch of warmth added by the wood finishes, that he loved and cannot wait to see finished. In addition, we managed to do that with a fairly reasonable and balanced budget.
