VV Apartment
Designing this apartment gave us the opportunity to step out of our habits and comfort zone as it relates to residential interior design.
Unlike most of the homes we design, it is dominated by cold and dark colors, industrial touches and lots of different types of accent lighting. The overall project was prepared in 2021, before the building in which it is located was completed, and its full implementation is planned for the beginning of 2025. It is located in TechPark Residence, Poligona district, Sofia.
Working with client, who is an IT specialist and whose wish was to have not only high technology office, but also a high technology home, we were faced with the challenge of designing a 'smart home' which however had to fit in in a certain and not very high budget. We managed to design the installations in such a way that the lighting and heating are connected to the smart home system, and the overall implementation includes the possibility of upgrading this installation - subsequently all power supplies and the fire alarm system can be added to it.
The apartment is currently in the process of preliminary activities before the start of the implementation, and we have the responsible task of taking over the overall project management in order to be able to provide the client with the result he always dreamed of within the previously determined budget and time frame.
